Assets, not hours.
Working infrastructure
The marketing runs on systems you keep: modules, templates, capture, automation. Built in your stack, owned by your team.
Written standards
How the marketing works, documented, so it holds after I step back and does not live in one person’s head.
A team that levels up
A capable junior team gets a senior layer above it, and the standards to grow into. I stay in the work, not above it.
Honest about fit.
This works for
- B2B teams, funded or bootstrapped, from founders to scaleups. Post-merger or multi-brand suits it well, but is not a requirement.
- Teams where the marketing lead just left, or where a capable junior team needs a senior layer.
- Founders and leaders who want marketing that ships, not marketing that only recommends.
This does not
- If you need a full-time CMO and can afford one, hire one. I will tell you so on the call.
- If you want a strategy deck with no one to build it, we are a poor match.
- Hiring for a full-time leadership role? Start with the CV.
Start with a Sprint.
The Scoping Sprint
A paid diagnosis before you build anything. It is the first step of every plan below, not something you buy on its own.
- A working session that maps where your marketing actually stands
- A 90-day plan you keep: what to fix, in what order, and why
- A priority map anyone on your team can act on tomorrow
Credited in full against whichever plan you choose next.
What the Sprint covers.
A fixed diagnosis of your marketing. Two weeks, two calls. I find where it leaks money and time, and hand you a plan you could give to anyone plus a firm quote to build it.
I look at
- Your stack, every tool you pay for, what it actually does, what is done by hand that should not be.
- The funnel, the path from first touch to closed deal, and where leads go cold.
- Team and ownership, who owns what, the gaps, and what only lives in one person’s head.
- Channels and spend, what runs, what it costs, and what can actually be traced to a lead.
- Standards and process, a repeatable way of working, or quality that depends on who does the task.
- Data and measurement, what you track, whether you can trust it, what you decide blind.
You keep
- A Marketing Health Map, one page. Where things stand, what leaks, what is missing.
- A 90-day plan, what to fix and in what order, grouped into three clear moves.
- A priority map, the three things worth doing first, ranked by impact against effort.
- A recommendation and a fixed quote for the next step, with the fee already taken off.
Two calls, two weeks apart. A kickoff to see the setup, then I do the digging, then a readout to walk you through the plan and the number. The Sprint tells you what to do and what it costs. It does not build it. That is the next step.
Then, one of these.
- One AI agent trained on your documented standards
- Shipped as a working asset you own
- Documented so your team can run it after
- About a day, once your data is ready
- Guaranteed: we agree in writing what the agent must do before I build. The final payment is only due when it passes.
- A defined build, agreed up front, done with you not to you
- Shipped as a working asset you own outright
- HubSpot module sets, event lead-capture, and multi-part builds
- Documented so your team can run it after I step out
- Around four days a month of strategy and hands
- Reserved capacity, not squeezed in around other work
- Strategy and the build, from one person
- Three-month minimum, then month to month
- Around eight and a half days a month, strategy and build
- A clear per-day saving over the one-day tier
- One senior operator covering what would take two hires
- Steady enough to own outcomes, not just advise on them
Work beyond an agreed retainer or build scope is billed at EUR 175 an hour, always agreed with you first. Nothing lands on the invoice as a surprise.
Need one person to own the whole marketing engine, around three days a week, strategy and build and all? That exists too, by conversation.
All figures EUR, excluding VAT. The Systems Build floor is scoped in the Sprint. Discounts are on scope, never on price.
Compare the plans.
| Systems Build | 1 day / week | 2 days / week | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starts with | A Scoping Sprint | A Scoping Sprint | A Scoping Sprint |
| Price | from EUR 7,500 | EUR 5,600 /mo | EUR 10,400 /mo |
| Best for | A specific thing built and owned | A senior head, part time | A leader embedded in the week |
| You walk away with | A working system you own | ~4 days a month, strategy and build | ~8.5 days a month, strategy and build |
| Commitment | Fixed scope | 3-month minimum, then monthly | 3-month minimum, then monthly |
And against the alternatives.
| This, two days a week | A full-time CMO | A strategy fractional plus an agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | EUR 10,400 | ~EUR 12,800 loaded | EUR 12,000 to 18,000 combined |
| What you get | Strategy and hands-on build in one person, working artefacts, 30 days’ notice | Full-time presence, after a three to six month search | Two vendors, a coordination layer, and the translation tax between them |
| If it is wrong | One month’s notice | A failed executive hire costs three to five times annual pay | Two contracts to unwind, accountability split |
Start with a Sprint.
